Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus’ match at Night of Champions has been confirmed.
During the May 22 episode of WWE RAW, Lynch and Stratus met in the ring to sign the contract for their match. In typical contract-signing fashion, things quickly broke down into an argument, with Stratus saying she’s figured out Lynch, and that Lynch will be crawling back into her deep dark place to go through whatever she was going through again.
“The Man” then took to the mic, saying that Stratus was actually scared of what Lynch could do to her. However, she knows who she is, and so do the fans. Lynch then told Stratus not to worry about why she was gone or why she’s back. She then thanked Stratus for being everything Lynch hopes to never become, which is vapid, trashy, cold, and not “it” at all.
Lynch then said if she thinks barking like a dog is embarrassing, she should wait until Night of Champions, when Lynch said she’ll kick her ass, and she finished the message by saying, “Welcome to the big time, bitch, woof woof.”
