Rhea Ripley speaks highly of the way Dominik Mysterio has grown.
Mysterio has been featured alongside the rest of The Judgment Day in recent months, and he continues to stand out with his character work. Plus, there’s no denying that he garners a remarkable amount of boos whenever he speaks on WWE TV.
Speaking with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, Ripley shared her thoughts on the way Dominik has come into his own. She stated that she doesn’t think people give him the credit he deserves.
“Seeing Dom’s growth in the past few months has been incredible,” says Ripley. “He’s paving his own path. That’s really inspiring to me. I don’t think people give him the credit he deserves.”
Meanwhile, Ripley has firmly established herself as a dominant force, and she continues to gain momentum as the reigning SmackDown Women’s Champion. “The Eradicator” made it clear that she’s having the time of her life on this current run.
“It’s a funny feeling when I step out there,” Ripley said. “It’s like I’m stepping into a different body and different version of myself. There are weeks when my legs are killing me because I killed leg day, but then I walk out there and I feel great. I don’t think out there; I just do. I’m naturally reacting and sometimes I’ve even surprising myself. I’m having the time of my life.”
