Alicia Fox Was Almost In Extreme Exposé, Credits Vickie Guerrero For WWE On-Air Debut

Alicia Fox shares how her WWE main roster debut happened… and what could’ve been different.

Throughout her 17 years under WWE contract, Alicia Fox was involved in a number of angles and pairings. Upon her SmackDown arrival in June 2008, Fox portrayed the wedding planner for Vickie Guerrero and Edge.

During a recent interview with DS Shin of Ring The Belle, Fox credited Guerrero for selecting her for that role.

“Well, it’s funny because Vickie Guerrero really did a sister good because the office asked her, ‘Well is there anyone that you would want to see from developmental to come be a part of your segment?’ And she chose my character name,” Fox said. “I don’t remember if I was in OVW or FCW. I must have maybe just got to FCW or something. I’m not sure because developmental for me started before, like going back and forth on the road.

“DJ Gabriel, wedding planner, because I think that was second,” Fox recalled. “Then went back to developmental and went back [to the main roster] for Michelle McCool and all that situation. Then somewhere in between I was almost going to be in the dance thing [Extreme Exposé] with Brooke Adams and Barbie. 2 Cold Scorpio was going to be there, and Brooke Adams, she’s so beautiful and so great. We were at her house and she was making up the routine because I was on a dance team, but I cannot brag or anything. I have no skills left going.”

Extreme Exposé consisted of Adams, Kelly Kelly, and Layla throughout 2007. They were primarily featured on the ECW brand until Adams was released and Layla turned heel on Kelly.
