Slice Boogie Announces His MLW Contract Expired, He Is Now A Free Agent

Slice Boogie is now a free agent.

In a tweet, the former MLW star announced that his contract expired on July 9, so he is officially a free agent. Boogie stated that he’s excited for what the future holds, as he’s in the best shape of his life after he suffered a ruptured Achilles in 2022. He also teased that fans might see him on a major TV network sooner rather than later.

During his time with MLW, Boogie won the MLW World Tag Team Championship with Danny Rivera; collectively, the duo was known as 5150. The duo won the gold by beating Los Parks at MLW War Chamber 2021. They lost the titles to Hustle & Power (Calvin Tankman & EJ Nduka) at MLW SuperFight 2022.

Boggie returned to the ring in March 2023, and he has competed at multiple shows on the independent scene.

MLW will provide more information as it becomes available.
