RUSH Re-Signs With AEW

RUSH is still “All Elite.”

In a tweet on July 24, the former ROH World Champion shared the news in a tweet. He posted a brief clip in which he signed a contract. In the video, RUSH shook hands with AEW CEO Tony Khan, who thanked him. “El Toro Blanco” then said, “I’m AEW.”

RUSH also wrote that he started a new chapter in his personal and professional career. He stated that he is 100% AEW. He then thanked Khan, the fans, and his LFI brothers.

RUSH last wrestled for AEW on the May 26 episode of AEW Rampage. There, he teamed up with Dralistico and Preston Vance.

The former ROH star has also been active for AAA. He wrestled at AAA TripleMania XXXI: Tijuana, and he is set for TripleMania XXXI: CDMX. “El Toro Blanco” also won the ROH World Championship twice in the previous regime. He has competed for the company several times since Tony Khan acquired it.

RUSH’s AEW Run

RUSH first appeared at AEW Double or Nothing 2022, where he was revealed as Andrade El Idolo’s new associate. The duo joined forces, and RUSH debuted on the June 24 episode of AEW Rampage. He then wrestled his first AEW match on the June 29 episode.

Throughout RUSH’s AEW run, he has faced stars like Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson. In recent months, he has competed alongside Dralistico and Vance as La Faccion Ingobernable.
