WWE Hall of Famer Donald Trump Gets Indicted Again

WWE Hall of Famer Donald Trump has been indicted again. Trump, a former President of the United States, has been indicted by a grand jury. He faces felony charges for attempting to overturn the results of the 2020 election, where he lost to President Joe Biden.

Trump has now been indicted three times as part of this investigation. Trump and his allis have been accused of trying to exploit the disruption caused by the riot at the United States Capitol. The investigation has centered around accusations that Trump and his allies spread claims of election fraud. In doing so, they allegedly sought to delay the certification of Biden’s victory.

The third indictment included charges that Trump conspired to defraud the government of the United States. Trump was previously indicted in June 2023. Then, he was indicted on seven charges. He faced a charge under the Espionage Act, in addition to charges of obstruction of justice, destruction or falsification of records, conspiracy and false statements. He was also indicted in April on charges linked to allegations that he falsified business records while paying hush money to Stormy Daniels.

Trump has pleaded not guilty to all charges. He is due in court on August 3 before U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan.

Donald Trump’s WWE Career

Donald Trump was memorably involved with the “Battle of the Billionaires” at WrestleMania 23. He and Vince McMahon picked Bobby Lashley and Umaga as their respective representatives. Lashley won, and per the stipulation of the match, McMahon subsequently had his head shaved.

In 2009, Trump bought WWE RAW, though he quickly sold it back to McMahon. Trump was inducted into the celebrity wing of the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013.

A previous report noted that Trump ensured that his head couldn’t be shaved at WrestleMania 23. More information is available here.
