Report: Details On Injuries That Changed AEW All In Card

Injuries have affected the road to AEW All In, and a new report shines some light on the situation.

In recent months, Bryan Danielson, Jamie Hayter, and other stars have gone down with injuries. Meanwhile, AEW has been building to All In at Wembley Stadium, which is set to be the company’s biggest show yet. As of this writing, well over 70,000 tickets have been distributed for the event.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reports that Danielson’s injury changed plans for the show. Per sources, a rematch between “The American Dragon” and Kenny Omega had been considered.

Sapp also cited sources who noted that there were other plans for Omega, but they did not specify. Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reported that Omega, Hangman Page, and Kota Ibushi versus Jay White, Juice Robinson, and Konosuke Takeshita is currently the working plan.

The report also notes that there had been hopes that Hayter would be able to compete at the show. As previously reported, Hayter is expected to be out of action for the rest of 2023.

Additionally, Sapp wrote that PAC had been planned for the card prior to his injury. He will reportedly be out of action through the pay-per-view.

WrestleZone will have coverage of AEW All In as it airs on August 27.
