Becky Lynch teases that she could come to WWE NXT.
On the August 23 episode of WWE NXT, NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton stated that she would go down as one of the best NXT Women’s Champions of all time. She name-dropped Becky Lynch, Asuka, Charlotte Flair, and Bayley.
Lynch then took to Twitter and noted that she hasn’t held the NXT Women’s Championship…yet. This response led many fans to wonder whether “The Man” could potentially come around and return to NXT someday.
Later in the show, Stratton commented on her misstep and shared her belief that Lynch as irrelevant anyway.
Lynch is gearing up for a major match at WWE Payback, where she will face Trish Stratus in a Steel Cage Match. She will take on Zoey Stark in a Falls Count Anywhere Match on the August 28 episode of WWE RAW.
