Max the Impaler has won the gold.
Ahead of NWA 75 Night One, Kenzie Paige issued an open challenge for the NWA World Women’s Television Championship. “The Sinister Minister” Father James Mitchell later revealed that Max the Impaler had accepted the challenge.
The title match opened the main card of the pay-per-view, and Max dominated the majority of the match. “The Non-binary Nightmare” overpowered Paige and ultimately slammed her for the emphatic victory.
Paige was the inaugural champion; she defeated Max in the finals of a tournament to crown the first champion at NWA 312.
