Tiffany Stratton will defend the NXT Women’s Championship on the September 5 episode of WWE NXT.
The August 29 edition of WWE NXT was headlined by a four-way match to determine the new number one contender to NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton. The participants included Roxanne Perez, Gigi Dolin, Kiana James, and Blair Davenport. The four competitors delivered a thrilling match, and Perez was seemingly on the verge of victory when she hit Davenport with Pop Rox.
But Davenport fell out of the ring, and James scored the sneaky win by catching Perez by surprise. By pinning “The Prodigy”, James clinched a match against Stratton, which will be on the September 5 episode.
