One Pro Wrestling (1PW) responds to the allegations.
On September 4, in a in since-deleted tweet,1PW Openweight Champion Robbie X claimed that the company blocked him and had not paid him. 1PW issued a statement in responded and wrote that one wrestler is on a payment plan. The post noted that everyone else, including the staff and crew, has been paid, and claims to the contrary were lies.
The post also noted that the company had relaunched with two promoters, but they are now working with one.
1PW’s next event, Know Your Enemy, is set for Saturday, October 28. Eric Redbeard, Matt Cardona, Steph De Lander, and other noteworthy names are being advertised.
