A contract signing has been announced for next week’s AEW Dynamite.
The September 27 episode of AEW Dynamite will serve as the go-home show to AEW WrestleDream. During the September 20 episode, the company announced that Hangman Page and Swerve Strickland will sign the contract for their match at WrestleDream.
Strickland has set his sights on Page in recent weeks, as he claimed that Hangman grew complacent, and he wanted to take his spot. Page defeated Brian Cage, Strickland’s Mogul Embassy stablemate, on the September 13 episode of AEW Dynamite. Hangman and the Young Bucks will face Cage and the Gates of Agony on AEW Rampage: Grand Slam.
As of this writing, the contract signing is the only segment that has been announced for September 27. More matches will likely be confirmed during Rampage and Collision.
