Grayson Waller says Edge got the Grayson Waller Effect on the way out the door.
Waller hosted the Grayson Waller Effect on the July 7 episode of WWE SmackDown, and Edge was the special guest. Edge and Waller then clashed in the main event of the show, and the WWE Hall of Famer emerged victorious. Edge only wrestled once more match before he left WWE and joined AEW. He made his AEW debut at AEW WrestleDream on October 1.
Waller took to Twitter and wrote, “You’re welcome for the rub on the way out kid,” in an apparent nod to Edge.
