WWE is loading up the card for the October 20 episode of WWE SmackDown.
As SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis announced on the October 13 episode, IYO SKY will defend the WWE Women’s Championship. Charlotte Flair will challenge for the gold after she controversially lost a shot at the gold at WWE Fastlane. Damage CTRL interfered in the bout and cost Flair the Triple Threat match that also involved Asuka. On Friday, Flair will get a chance to face SKY by herself.
Additionally, Santos Escobar of the LWO will face Montez Ford in a singles bout. The LWO has been feuding with Bobby Lashley and the Street Profits in recent weeks.
