Report: Brock Anderson Departs AEW

Brock Anderson‘s time with AEW has reportedly come to an end.

On October 20, fans noticed that Brock Anderson had been removed from AEW’s official roster page.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider then reported that Brock Anderson has left AEW. Johnson cited a source who noted that an internal issue shared the news of Andersons’s departure on October 20.

Per Johnson, the belief is that Anderson’s contract expired, and the door is open for him to be used down the road.

Brock is the son of WWE Hall of Famer Arn Anderson. He made his AEW debut in June 2021. In his first televised match, he teamed up with Cody Rhodes to defeat QT Marshall and Aaron Solow. In recent months, Brock has been used sporadically on AEW programming. He last wrestled for the company on the August 12 episode of AEW Collision, where he lost to TNT Champion Luchasaurus.

Update: Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) confirmed that Brock Anderson has departed AEW, as his contract has expired.
