In-Ring Segment: Cody Rhodes

Rhodes asks Washington, DC, what they want to talk about. Rhodes has a lot of memories in this arena, and he plans to give the people a memory tonight. Jey Uso and Rhodes will regain the Undisputed Tag Team Championship. After tonight, the focus will be on WarGames. Rhodes invites his WarGames team to the ring. Jey Uso, Sami Zayn, and World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins join Rhodes in the ring. The crowd sings Rollins’ song for way too long. Rhodes says they are all in the ring for one reason: The Judgement Day. Rhodes and Rollins have a tense moment after Rhodes notes they have history. The Judgement Day (… and JD McDonagh). Priest tells the group in the ring they have no idea what they are in for.

The Judgement Day is a family. The guys in the ring don’t even like each other. Bálor asks Rollins how it feels to be standing in the ring a world champion but standing next to Rhodes, who he could never beat. Priest asks Rhodes what it feels like to stand in the ring with a bunch of guys he can beat but can’t beat a world champion. Bálor tells Zayn that after his performance last week, everyone knows he’s nothing but a loser. Priest asks the group if they can trust Jey, knowing that he’s screwed each and every one of them for his Bloodline. Dominik tries to speak but is quickly drowned out by boos. Zayn tells Dominik no one wants to hear him talk. They can put their differences aside to end The Judgement Day. At SurvivorSeries, it is WarGames.

This is going to be the most brutal match of The Judgement’s lives. The power on Raw lies with Zayn, Rhodes, Jey, and Rollins, not The Judgement Day. Rhodes asks The Judgement Day how they managed to get down to the ring with Mami (Rhea Ripley) leading the way. Priest tries to say there isn’t a leader. Rhodes pokes at Priest. Priest gets upset and says he’s the leader. Rollins doesn’t want to talk anymore, he wants to fight. Rollins and Zayn vs. McDonagh and Dominik. Priest accepts for McDonagh and Dominik. Bálor doesn’t look pleased.

Seth “Freakin” Rollins and Sami Zayn vs. JD McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio

Rollins is in control of McDonagh until a distraction from Dominik. McDonagh drives Rollins’ injured back into the ring apron. Dominik tags in and gets clotheslined. Zayn tags in and lands an ax handle off the top. Zayn beats down Dominik in the corner. Rollins gets the tag and ends up driven into The Judgement Day’s corner. Dominik and McDonagh work over Rollins. Rollins fires up. Dominik and McDonagh decide to take a walk. Zayn and Rollins chase The Judgement Day down. Rollins drops McDonagh on the barricade.

Zayn sends Dominik back into the ring and lands an exploder. McDonagh pulls Dominik out of the way of a Helluva Kick. Rollins and Zayn land stereo dives. After the break, McDonagh and Dominik are working over Zayn. Zayn manages to tag in Rollins. Rollins clears the ring. Rollins sets up The Stomp on Dominik. Bálor and Priest hop the barricade and attack Rollins, causing a disqualification.

Winners- Seth Rollins and Sami Zayn

Rhea Ripley is directing traffic. Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes run down to ringside and join the fight. Adam Pearce runs down the ramp, flanked by officials and referees. Pearce grabs a mic and tells everyone who isn’t in the tag title match tonight they are banned from the building. It’s too important to risk having that match ruined. Pearce wants them all out of the building now. Ripley gets in Pearce’s face. Pearce and Ripley argue as the show cuts to commercials.

After the break, Pearce and Ripley are still arguing in the ring. Pearce tells Ripley if she doesn’t like what’s happening, frankly, he doesn’t give a damn. Zoey Stark interrupts. Pearce tries to tell her to leave, but Ripley says she wants to hear what Stark has to say. Stark says Ripley is spread too thin. Ripley puts Stark over, but in the end, Mami always comes out on top.

Ripley isn’t spread too thin, she can handle everything that’s happening because she is Rhea “Bloody” Ripley. Stark isn’t impressed. Ripley tells Stark to hit the bricks so she can handle Judgement Day business. Stark tells Ripley she is going to take the title at Survivor Series. Ripley takes a swing at Stark. Stark sends Ripley over the top rope and tries a dive, but Ripley is out of range. Ripley slinks away.

Backstage, Cody Rhodes finds Seth Rollins. Rhodes tells Rollins that they don’t have to like each other, but he needs Rollins just for one night. Rollins agrees. Just for one night.

Otis w/Alpha Academy vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

Nakamura tries a few strikes. Otis shrugs them off. Otis does his own version of good vibrations. Nakamura rolls out of the ring to avoid the caterpillar. Otis surprises Nakamura with a clothesline outside the ring. After the break, Otis counters a head kick with a powerbomb. Caterpillar by Otis. Nakamura kicks out.

Otis reverses the Kinshasa into The World’s Strongest Slam. Nakamura kicks out. Otis tries a Vader bomb, but Nakamura gets a boot up. Kinshasa off the second rope by Nakamura. Otis doesn’t go down. Nakamura kicks Otis in the back of the knee and lands a Kinshasa to the back of Otis’ head. Otis doesn’t go down. Nakamura hits a third Kinshasa for the win.

Winner- Shinsuke Nakamura

After the match, Nakamura pie faces Gable. Tozawa and Maxxine Dupri hold Gable back. Nakamura tells Gable to come on.

Backstage, Drew McIntyre rolls up on Rollins. McIntyre says he wanted to give Rollins something after their match at Crown Jewel. McIntyre shakes Rollins’ hand and tells him he is a credit to the championship.

Piper Niven w/Chelsea Green vs. Tegan Nox w/Natalya

Nox sends Niven into the corner and lands a cannonball for a near fall. Nox lands a flurry of punches. Niven sends Nox out to the apron. Headbutt by Niven. Niven suplexes Nox back into the ring. Senton by Niven. Nox kicks out. Niven works over Nox. Nox fires up. Green gets up on the apron and causes a distraction. Niven floors Nox with a lariat. Natalya chases Green off. Nox ducks Niven’s low crossbody. Nox lands the Shiniest Wizard, but Niven gets her foot on the bottom rope. Niven blocks a sunset flip. Nox avoids Niven’s attempt to sit on her head. Nox rolls Niven in a crucifix pin for the win.

Tommaso Ciampa w/Johnny Gargano vs. Ludwig Kaiser w/Giovanni Vinci

Ciampa lands a flurry of offense. Kaiser takes control after a cheap shot. Kaiser works over Ciampa. Vinci gets caught trying to get involved. The referee ejects Vinci from ringside. After the break, Kaiser blocks a running knee from Ciampa and lands a clothesline. Rolling DVD, followed by a PK by Kaiser. Ciampa kicks out.

Kaiser sets up the DreamDT. Ciampa escapes. Both men exchange punches. Ciampa and Kaiser fight up top. Ciampa sets up an air raid crash. Kaiser rolls through and tries to counter with a powerbomb. Ciampa reverses it into a running knee. Vinci hops the barricade and boots Gargano in the face. In the confusion, Kaiser rolls up Ciampa for the win.

Winner- Ludwig Kaiser

Backstage, Ripley gives Priest grief over calling himself the leader of The Judgement Day. Priest says he didn’t mean that. Priest apologizes. Ripley thinks it may make sense for Priest to lead them at WarGames. Bálor and Dominik agree. Bálor reminds the group that they need to make JD McDonagh an official member of the group tonight. Priest says he agrees and will handle letting McDonagh know himself.

Indi Hartwell w/Candice LeRae vs. Xi Li

As soon as the bell rings, Hartwell boots Li in the face. Li rolls out of the ring. Hartwell sends Li into the commentary desk. Li sends Hartwell into the ringsteps. Hartwell rolls back into the ring. Li works over Hartwell. Li lands a spin kick to Hartwell’s head. Hartwell stumbles around the ring before collapsing. The referee stops the match.

Winner- Xi Li

After the match, Becky Lynch hits the ring and attacks Li. Li runs away. Lynch tells Li she spoke to Pearce, and they have a match next week.

Backstage, Gunther tells The Miz he’s a joke. Miz tells Gunther to watch his match tonight. Miz is going to show Gunther the difference between being the longest-reigning Intercontinental Champion and being the greatest Intercontinental Champion.

The Miz vs. Ivar w/Valhalla

Ivar smashes Miz in the corner. Ivar whips Miz into the corner. Miz leaps up to the top rope and lands a diving rana (yes, you read that correctly). Miz clotheslines Ivar over the top. Diving dropkick by Miz. Ivar drives Miz into the ring apron. Valhalla distracts Miz with a war cry. Ivar crushes Miz against the LED board with a low crossbody. Ivar works over Miz. Miz lands a DDT. Ivar kicks out. Miz runs right into a spinning slam by Ivar. Miz manages to kick out. Bronson Reed walks down to ringside. While Ivar is distracted, Miz hits a turnbuckle walk bulldog. Ivar kicks out.

Miz charges at Ivar. Ivar flattens Miz with a sit-out senton. Reed grabs a chair. Instead of attacking, Reed takes a seat at ringside. After the break, Miz lands a DDT, and the it kicks. After a cheapshot from Valhalla, Ivar catches Miz with a spin kick. Ivar goes up top. Miz cuts him off and tries to set up an avalanche Skull Crushing Finale. Ivar turns it into a World’s Strongest Slam off the second rope. Miz kicks out. Ivar goes back up top. Reed distracts Ivar. Miz powerbomb Ivar off the top and pins him with his feet on the ropes for the win.

Winner- The Miz

After the match, Reed hits the ring and runs over Ivar with a body block. Reed destroys Ivar with a Tsunami.

Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship Match: The Judgement Day (c) vs. Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso

A four-way brawl breaks out. Bálor and Jey are left in the ring. Jey works over Bálor as the fight outside the ring dies down, and Rhodes and Priest finally get on the apron. Rhodes tags in and lands a delayed verticle suplex by Rhodes. Bálor kicks out. Jey tags in and eats a boot from Bálor. Priest is in, and he works over Jey. Rhodes says enough is enough and runs into the ring and attacks Priest. Another four-way brawl breaks out as we cut to commercial. After the break, Rhodes picks up Bálor for a DVD. Priest distracts the referee while Bálor rakes Rhodes’ eyes. Priest and Bálor take turns working over Rhodes.

Rhodes manages to tag in Jey. Jey lands a series of punches and kicks to Priest. Jey superkicks Bálor off the apron. Bálor trips Jey as he hits the ropes. Priest clotheslines Jey over the top. Before Jey can get back in the ring, Bálor levels Jey with a lariat outside the ring. Bálor launches Jey over the commentary desk. After the break, Jey manages to tag in Rhodes. Rhodes lands a disaster kick to Bálor. Priest tries to make the save, but he ends up eating a Bionic Elbow. Bálor counters the Cody Cutter. Jey gets a blind tag and surprises Priest with a crossbody off the top for a near fall.

Priest sends Rhodes into the ring post. A piece of the post breaks off in the process. Jey lands a dive. Drew McIntyre appears at ringside. Jey and McIntyre stare daggers through each other. McIntyre drops Jey with the Claymore. McIntyre sends Jey into the ring. Bálor pins Jey.

Winners and STILL Undisputed Tag Team Champions, The Judgement Day!

McIntyre walks up the ramp. Rhea Ripley meets him there. Ripley and McIntyre shake hands.
