Kazuchika Okada will return to TNA Wrestling to team with Motor City Machine Guns.
During IMPACT Final Resolution on December 9, it was announced that Okada’s awaited return to TNA will see him compete in a six-man tag team match as he teams with Motor City Machine Guns to take on Moose, Brian Myers, and Eddie Edwards. The bout will take place at the TNA Snake Eyes television taping on January 14 in Las Vegas.
Okada had a brief run with TNA that ran throughout 2010 and 2011. In his last match on TNA Xplosion, Okada lost a singles match to Alex Shelley.
In recent years, Okada has been one of NJPW’s top stars. He is a two-time IWGP World Heavyweight Champion and a five-time IWGP Heavyweight Champion. Okada currently holds the NEVER Openweight Six-Man Tag Team Championship with Hiroshi Tanahashi and Tomohiro Ishii.
