Indi Hartwell Highlights How Much Competing At WWE Elimination Chamber Meant To Her

This past Saturday night was the Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event. It took place in Perth, Australia, at the OPTUS Stadium. This is the first time the show took place in the Land from Down Under. One of the hometown stars who competed at the PLE was Indi Hartwell.

Both Hartwell and her tag team partner Candice LeRae competed in the kickoff show challenging the Kabuki Warriors. Despite failing to capture the titles, Indi Hartwell told Byron Saxton how much it meant to wrestle in her hometown.

“Well, Byron. It was my first time performing in Australia as a WWE Superstar. So, the only word I can use to describe it is surreal. I had my parents, my family there. My real parents, not my mum over here [Candice LeRae, referring to their relationship from being a part of The Way]. But obviously, we lost. And we are not too happy about that. But, we don’t take no for an answer and our sites are still set on the Tag Team Titles. We are former Tag Team Champions. We know we can do it again. So, what do you say?” Indi Hartwell said.

Candice LeRae also shared that both she and Hartwell are still gunning for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.

“I mean… A loss is our way of learning from our mistakes. And next time, we are not going to make those same mistakes. I hope. No! We are not going to make those same mistakes. And I feel, with every single match we have together, we perform better as a team. So.. And before you know it, we are unstoppable. So watch out,” Candice LeRae said.
