Candice LeRae: We Don’t Have Time For ‘Eventually,’ We Need To Win Now

It has been a rough week for Indi Hartwell and her tag team partner Candice LeRae. The former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions have been facing nothing but losses over the past month. The last victory the duo had was on the January 15th episode of Monday Night Raw against former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Chelsea Green and Piper Niven.

This past Saturday the duo was unsuccessful in capturing the WWE Women’s Tag Team championships on the Elimination Chamber Kickoff Show against the Kabuki Warriors. Last night on Monday Night Raw both Hartwell and LeRae lost another match. This time it was against Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark.

The match was a quick one. It came to an end once The Queen of Spades locked in the Kirafuda Klutch on Indi Hartwell forcing her to tap out.

Following the match, in a WWE Digital Exclusive segment, “The Poison Pixie” Candice LeRae was furious that her team came up short yet again.

“I don’t care [that we finally have matching gear]. What’s wrong with us? We used to be champions. And now we can’t win a match? We lost tonight. We lost at Elimination Chamber, we just…”

Hartwell said they’ll get back on track, but that was not enough for LeRae, as she wanted to get back to their winning ways by any means necessary.

“Candice just calm down. Look! I would have loved to win the titles in my home country. We almost had the Kabuki Warriors beat. But don’t worry. We will get back on track eventually,” Indi Hartwell said.

“Eventually? Indi, it is WrestleMania season now we don’t have time for eventually.  We… We need to start winning. Whatever it takes. We need to do it now,” Candice LeRae said.
