R-Truth: I’m More Over Now Than I’ve Ever Been

R-Truth believes he is more popular than ever.

R-Truth, 52, has been wrestling since 1997. After a brief run in WWF, he competed for TNA for several; years before he returned to WWE in 2008. Truth has remained with WWE ever since. At times, he has been featured in the spotlight, as he and The Miz once faced The Rock and John Cena at WWE Survivor Series 2011.

After missing over a year with an injury, Truth returned at WWE Survivor Series. He has had a prominent part on WWE RAW ever since, as he has been in a storyline with The Judgment Day.

“Right now, I am more over, I’m more popular, I’m making more of an impact than I ever made in my whole career and it’s because of the quad injury so it’s because of that time being gone and coming back now, it’s all good,” he said. “I’d do it all over again.”

Road Dogg Praises R-Truth

Road Dogg recently spoke highly of R-Truth. When one fan wrote that the veteran did not get enough credit, Road Dogg encouraged them to give him some.

“R-Truth doesn’t get enough credit for his success in WWE . He doesn’t need titles to be relevant, the stuff he’s been doing now making us laugh and still being able to go in the ring is nothing short of amazing and we appreciate him for entertaining us. @RonKillings #WWERAW,” a fan tweeted.

Roas Dogg then simply replied, “Then give him some.”

The Miz and R-Truth will face Indus Sher on the March 18 episode of WWE RAW. With a win, they will qualify for the tag team title match at WrestleMania 40.
