Per Wrestlenomics (via Programming Insider), 2.235 million viewers tuned in on Friday. This is down from last week, when 2,340,000 viewers watched the show. The total viewership marks SmackDown’s lowest number since the “Best Of’ edition on December 29, 2023.
In the 18 to 49 demographic, SmackDown scored a 0.61 rating. This is also down from last week (0.68 rating), and it is also SmackDown’s lowest since December 29, 2023.
SmackDown was up against March Madness college basketball games on Friday night.
The March 22 episode of WWE SmackDown was headlined by a confrontation between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes. Plus, IYO SKY faced Naomi, and Santos Escobar clashed with Rey Mysterio.
