Sheamus Sends Message To WWE Locker Room Following In-Ring Return: You Don’t Want This

Sheamus sends a message.

After an eight-month absence, Sheamus officially returned on this week’s episode of WWE RAW to face Ivar of the Viking Raiders. Much to the delight of the WWE Universe Along, Sheamus also brought back his “Written In My Face” theme song.

Following his hard-fought victory over Ivar, “The Celtic Warrior” delivered a message to the WWE fans, as well as the backstage locker room (via a RAW exclusive).

“It’s kind of ironic, my last match before tonight was in Toronto, Canada in August, and my first match back is in Montreal, Canada. I couldn’t have ever expected the response that I got from these Canadian fans tonight in Montreal. It was off the charts,” Sheamus said. “And that’s why it’s been so hard sitting at home for the last couple of months.

“But if you want me to send a message to everyone in the WWE locker room. I only have four words: You don’t want this.”

As Sheamus alluded to, fans last saw him in August 2023 when he wrestled WWE Hall of Famer Edge in his hometown of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This would be Edge’s last match in WWE, as he signed with AEW less than two months later. Sheamus’ return match also took place in the country of Canada, only this time, from Montreal.
