AEW will kick off July with a star-studded “Beach Break” edition of AEW Dynamite.
AEW announced that the July 3 episode of AEW Dynamite, which will emanate from Chicago, will be the “Beach Break” special, and it will be presented by Shark Week.
The show will feature three major matches in the Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament. On the men’s side, Jeff Jarrett will face the Wild Card entrant. Plus, PAC will face the winner of the tournament bout between Bryan Danielson and Shingo Takagi, which will be held at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
Elsewhere on the show, Kris Statlander will face Willow Nightingale in a semifinal match in the Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament.
The announced card is as follows:
- Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament Quarterfinal: Jeff Jarrett vs. TBA
- Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament Semifinal: PAC vs. Bryan Danielson or Shingo Takagi
- Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament Semifinal: Willow Nightingale vs. Kris Statlander
