Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts has put a name on his last DDT, along with a hilarious reason for it.
Roberts was recently asked about which wrestler he would like to hit his signature move, the DDT, on the most. With a plethora of wrestlers that he could have chosen from, the WWE Hall of Famer named a wrestler whom he has rarely crossed paths with. It was the Legend Killer Randy Orton. Jake Roberts had a funny reason why he picked the Apex Predator.
While speaking in an interview at the Plaza Hotel during WrestleMania 41 weekend, Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts named Randy Orton as the wrestler that he would like to hit his signature move, the DDT, on the most. Roberts was asked why he chose Orton, and the WWE Hall of Famer just replied by saying, “Why not?” And then he laughed. It is to be noted that the father of the Apex Predator, Cowboy Bob Orton, had received multiple DDTs from Roberts during their time in WCW and WWE.
The Viper Randy Orton had recently competed in his 20th WrestleMania. He wrestled and defeated TNA World Heavyweight Champion Joe Hendry.
