Mercedes Moné is hoping to get a particular singles match in AEW sooner rather than later.
All Elite Wrestling‘s Mercedes Moné recently sat down with Justin Barrasso of Undisputed. While discussing the Owen Hart Cup Tournament, Moné put over getting to wrestle Athena and Jamie Hayter in this tournament. However, her goal is to get a singles match with Toni Storm, a match that she’s been waiting for a very long time.
“I’ve never wrestled Jamie, I’m so excited,” Mercedes said. “First Athena, now Jamie–the Owen Cup is going to be one of the best tournaments in the world, and I’ve never got to wrestle Toni Storm before, except for a little three-way. Wrestling Toni Storm, that’s a match I’ve been waiting to wrestle for a very, very long time.”
