Newly crowned WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill has reacted to her big title win.
Jade Cargill defeated Tiffany Stratton to capture the WWE Women’s Championship at Saturday Night’s Main Event. After three unsuccessful attempts and sustaining an injury, Cargill turned heel and finally got the job done by making quick work of Stratton to win her first singles title in WWE.
Jade Cargill has now reacted to her big victory by posting an update on her Instagram stories. She sent an emotional message to her late mother. Cargill hoped that she made her mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother proud and wished that they were here with her.
“Mama. I made it ❤️?
“I hope I made you, grandma, and great gram proud.
“And I wish you all were here to witness that it was all worth it.
“And yes, I still wrestle half naked ?? it’s wrestling gear mom? ??.”

Bully Ray Explained Why He Knew Jade Cargill Would Turn Heel
Speaking on Busted Open Radio, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray claimed that he foresaw Jade Cargill turning heel. He explained that he was able to sense Cargill’s heel turn after watching the latter’s demeanor inside the ring.
“Saw it from a mile, if not two miles, away,” he said. “Just wrestlers’ intuition, seeing how Jade was standing in the ring. Her positioning. Her movement.
“The very profound ways, she was handing over the title, going out of her way to be sugary sweet… ‘Hey girl, it’s going to be okay.’ Yes. I knew it was coming. This is kind of the good and the not-so-good, I don’t want to say the bad, because it wasn’t bad. But good and not-so-good of the turn, in my eyes.” [H/T: WrestlingInc]
