Sami Zayn had a hilarious reaction to the news that his longtime WWE rival, Johnny Knoxville, just got married.
Johnny Knoxville married his girlfriend, Emily Ting, over the weekend. The Jackass star surprised fans by posting photos from the wedding on Instagram. He wrote, “It seems I have had a lot of news lately but there is no news bigger than this…..Today Emily and I got married and I’m the luckiest and happiest fella in the universe.”
“Bucket is pretty happy to as you can see from the pictures. It was a small ceremony with family, friends, and THE best minister ever. Thank you John Waters we love you so. Ok I’m getting off Instagram now because it’s our wedding night, but I wanted everyone to know. Love to everybody, wahoooo!!!”
Sami Zayn and Johnny Knoxville famously faced each other at WWE WrestleMania 38 in a wild Anything Goes match. Knoxville beat Zayn by using classic Jackass props, including a giant hand and a huge mousetrap that trapped Zayn, which helped Knoxville to get the win.
Their feud hasn’t slowed down since. In May 2024, Knoxville even went undercover at Zayn’s comedy show for Netflix Is A Joke. Zayn later called Knoxville a deranged stalker freak and claimed he tried to ruin the show.
Now, after Knoxville announced his wedding, Zayn couldn’t resist taking another hilarious shot. He posted on X, formerly Twitter, “I’ve met Emily and can confidently say she is 10,000x too good for this chump.”
