Rare Hulk Hogan Item Gets Insane Bid At Auction

Hulk Hogan is selling out wrestling memorabilia even in death.

The pro wrestling legend passed away in 2025 after a prolonged battle with various health complications. While the official cause of death was listed as a heart attack, WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair controversially blamed illegal drugs for The Hulkster’s demise.

Hulk Hogan’s funeral service was attended by several well-known figures, including musician Kid Rock, former WWE owner Vince McMahon, Chief Content Officer Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, and popular podcaster Theo Von. Vince later told TMZ he did not like how the Hall of Famer was treated during RAW’s Netflix debut.

Last month, Netflix Vice President of Sports Gabe Spitzer revealed that the company is in the process of making a new Hulk Hogan documentary. He stated that the streaming giant filmed 20 hours of interviews with Hogan before his passing.

Rare Hulk Hogan Item Goes Up for Auction

Recently, a collector’s item previously belonging to Hulk Hogan went up for sale. The item in question is the pair of boots Hogan wore at WWE WrestleMania I. According to Heritage Auctions, the bid at the time of writing stands at over $100,000, making it both a rare and highly valuable item.

The description for Hulk Hogan’s worn and signed WrestleMania I boots reads: “The yellow boots offered here are quintessential to Hogan’s look, complementing his red and yellow color scheme that would go on to define his image throughout the 1980s and beyond. With their vibrant hue and unmistakable silhouette, these boots became visual trademarks of Hogan’s larger-than-life persona and his dominance in the squared circle. They are not just part of his gear-they’re symbols of a cultural movement that helped usher professional wrestling into the modern era.

“This particular pair has been professionally photo matched to imagery from WrestleMania I, providing rock-solid provenance and direct connection to one of the most influential events in WWE history. Hogan himself attests to this singularly significant attribution with a bold silver sharpie inscription: ‘These are my real boots with my real blood on them from MSG, Hulk Hogan.’ Heavy wear is evident both inside and outside, and it’s clear that Wrestlemania I was just one chapter in the lengthy history of this battle-scarred pair.”

The auction house estimates a final bid of up to $200,000 for the rare Hogan item. The Hulkster famously wore the boots at WrestleMania I, where he teamed with Mr. T against “Rowdy” Roddy Piper and “Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorff.
