Logan Paul Says WWE Decision Cost Him $2 Million Fight

Logan Paul says he lost a potential $2 million fight after WWE stopped his proposed boxing match with Le’Veon Bell.

Over the past few days, the situation between Logan Paul and Le’Veon Bell has heated up. Paul offered $1 million to any NFL player willing to fight him in a boxing match. He made the challenge after responding to Tom Brady, who had called professional wrestling cute.

Paul responded by saying WWE wrestlers are just as athletic as NFL players and offered the money to prove it. NFL player Le’Veon Bell accepted the challenge, and at first it seemed like the fight might actually happen.

However, Paul later revealed that WWE blocked the match because of injury concerns. According to Paul, WWE’s decision to block the proposed boxing fight cost him $2 million.

In his YouTube vlogs, Logan Paul reacted to the strong response his challenge received from several NFL players. The video showed tweets from players like Breiden Fehoko, Dion Dawkins, and Le’Veon Bell. He said, “Them NFL players are fired up. I said I bet any NFL player a million dollars I could beat him in a fight. Holy sh*t. Bro, everyone came out of the woodwork.”

Paul later shared that WWE officials told him the company did not want him to box, especially with WrestleMania season approaching. “Because I’m gonna make $2 million in a weekend,” Paul said during the conversation. The WWE official reportedly replied, “We’re good on the money. We just would prefer you not to be boxing.”

Paul said he understood the decision because of his WWE commitments. “At the end of the day, I’m a WWE superstar. If I do not have their blessing to do some extracurricular activities, I got to honor my job and my commitment to my profession. That’s tough. That is tough.”

He admitted he was disappointed about missing out on the fight. “Trust me, I’m the most disappointed. I just lost out on $2 million. I have a job and I committed to wrestling, you know, like I was doing the hybrid for a little bit, the boxing, the WWE when I was a part-timer, when the haters had some validity.”
