The 27th March edition of WWE SmackDown saw The Bella Twins defeat Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss. Right after the match, a big brawl broke out between multiple teams at ringside. However, during the brawl, Nikki Bella stayed down outside the ring.
The referee and WWE doctor quickly checked on her. Fans also noticed she was limping, which made things look serious, which raised concerns.

According to PWInsider, Nikki Bella suffered a real ankle injury during the match. The injury reportedly happened during an exchange. It occurred while she was facing Charlotte Flair. Reports suggest she rolled her left ankle in the process.
She received treatment backstage after the segment, and medical staff checked on her condition. However, there is still no clear update on how serious the injury is. Nikki Bella is expected to be part of WrestleMania 42 plans.
WWE is reportedly planning a four-way tag team match. The match will be for the Women’s Tag Team Titles. It could include The Bella Twins. Another team could be Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss. It may also feature Bayley and Lyra Valkyria.
They are set to clash with the champions, The Irresistible Forces, on WWE RAW. Nikki Bella’s condition could play a key role in the plans. It may ultimately decide what happens next with The Bella Twins.
