WWE’s Rhea Ripley is thrilled over Drake calling her his ‘muse.’
WWE Superstar Rhea Ripley recently appeared on Complex Sneaker Shopping, where she shared her reaction to rapper Lil Yachty praising her. Yachty was at ringside on RAW a few months ago and mentioned he’s an admirer of the former Women’s World Champion.
“It’s wild. It’s so wild to see how so many names here in the WWE have crossed that wrestling line and made it mainstream. And now, people know us. Like, rappers know us, basketball players know us, football players, they know us. It’s wild to see how big the WWE has become and the superstars in it. It’s really cool to see, because I didn’t know that he would know who I am, and then I saw that clip, and I was like, ‘Damn, Lil Yachty knows who I am,'” Rhea Ripley said.
Rhea Ripley reacted to Drake’s praise and recalled meeting him for the first time
Rhea Ripley then shared her reaction to Drake putting her over during a recent interview. The Canadian rapper noted that his ‘For You Page’ on Instagram is all Ripley and called her his ‘muse.’ The Eradicator recalled meeting Drake backstage at Elimination Chamber 2025 and noted that it was wild to hear such praise from him.
“It was wild. I remember meeting Drake for the first time, and we were in gorilla, and he just snuck in. Just seeing him in person, I was like, ‘Damn, that’s Drake!’ That’s wild, and then to hear him pretty much put me over as his muse, it’s just… It was Elimination Chamber last year, I believe (when she first met him backstage in WWE). He said hi to everyone,” Rhea Ripley said.
Rhea Ripley will be in action on WrestleMania 42 Night 2, where she will challenge Jade Cargill for the WWE Women’s Championship.
