Becky Lynch recently shared her thoughts on fans who believe they can book WWE better. It is something she sees all the time online. She understands it in a way, but also sees both sides.
Fans often come up with their own ideas. Long-term stories, big moments and perfect endings. But they do not always know what is happening behind the scenes. Wrestlers getting injuries and last-minute changes all of that plays a role.
Becky Lynch explains why fans don’t see the full WWE booking picture
Speaking on the Soder Podcast with Dan Soder, Lynch opened up about this topic. She explained how complicated things really are and said fans usually think there is a better option. But they are not in the room.
“Look, it goes in waves. And when I talk to you through my meditation after I meditated, as opposed to my personal feelings and like the cuz it’s your art, you know what I mean? You’re like, ‘Look, man. I’m trying my best here. I am trying. I’m trying to get you to care. I’m trying to get you entertained. I’m like, see me as a person. I’m trying, buddy. I’m trying.'”
“But on the other end of that, meditation hat, I go, God, this person cares so much and they have an attachment to how they want to see things and how they want it to be. And in their head, it can be so much better.”
In the end, Lynch does not dismiss fans. She understands them. She said it comes from passion, “And it’s only because they care and because they love this thing that I love so much.”
