The Miz has issued an open challenge to the Kelce brothers.
The WWE Superstar recently presented a “what-if” scenario in which he would face either Jason Kelce or Travis Kelce. As for the setting, the host of American Gladiators suggested the match should take place inside the Gladiators arena.
“Well, I’d beat all my friends,” The Miz told PauseRewind’s Kevin Zelman. “I mean, look, if Travis Kelce or Jason Kelce wants to take me on and we go head to head, me versus either one of them, I’ll take the Kelces we’ll go Cleveland. We’ll go all Cleveland on this, me versus one of the Kelce brothers. We’re the contenders, and we’re going up against Gladiators, I would win.”
However, The Miz admitted there is one athlete who might have his number: George Kittle, the San Francisco 49ers tight end who “clotheslined me at SoFi Stadium at WrestleMania a couple years ago and allowed Pat McAfee to punt kick me and beat me. So that was the reason why I lost there. So I think George Kittle might be able to do it.” [H/T News4SA]
Season 1 of American Gladiators is currently streaming on Prime Video. The show features wrestlers, bodybuilders, CrossFit athletes, Division I athletes, and globally recognized fitness trainers. Former WWE star Rick Boogs (Eric Bugenhagen), as well as AEW’s Wardlow and Kamille, are among those competing as Gladiators.
