WWE star The Miz finally sold his Los Angeles home after a long wait.
The property had been on the market for quite some time. He and Maryse were looking to move forward with new plans. The house was located in Westlake Village, California. It was a luxury estate with several high-end features.
The process of selling the house took longer than expected. But eventually, the right buyers came in and the deal closed once at $7.4 million.
The Miz sells L.A. home after extended time on market
According to TMZ, the sale was handled by their realtor Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX. The final sale price reached $7.4 million. The couple originally bought the house back in 2019. They purchased it for around $6.4 million at that time. Later, they listed it in 2024 while planning a move to Las Vegas. The original price was higher $11.9 million.
The property featured a mix of luxury and comfort. It included a private theater, wine cellar, and guest houses. There was also a custom pool and large outdoor spaces. The house even appeared on their show Miz & Mrs.
Cohen took to Instagram and wrote, “SOLD!! Incredibly grateful for my AWESOME friends and longtime clients @mikethemiz and @marysemizanin for allowing me to represent them on another real estate deal! This one took a minute, but we found the perfect buyers who jumped in and closed the deal in less than a week! It was a win-win for everyone! Maryse and Mike did a terrific job with the renovations, and this remarkable estate was featured numerous times on the hit TV show @mizandmrs! I’m very grateful to have such AWESOME clients!! @wwe @americangladiatorstv Wishing the new family wonderful luck and years of enjoyment in their new home!”
In the end, the deal finally went through. It took time, but it worked out as The Miz and Maryse now move on to the next chapter.
