Rusev Joins Former WWE Star To Start New Wrestling School In Nashville

WWE star Rusev has officially launched a new wrestling school in Nashville, Tennessee alongside wrestling veteran Gangrel. The new training facility is called KECH Pro Wrestling Academy and recently opened its doors to students.

Many current and former WWE stars have started wrestling schools over the years to help train the next generation of wrestlers. Booker T runs Reality of Wrestling, Seth Rollins co-owns the Black and Brave Wrestling Academy, and Natalya Neidhart and TJ Wilson continue the Hart Dungeon legacy. Tyler Breeze and Shawn Spears also operate Flatbacks Wrestling School.

Rusev had announced earlier this year that he would open a new wrestling school. The new wrestling school in Nashville, Tennessee is called KECH Pro Wrestling. Now, Rusev and Gangrel have joined the growing list of wrestlers opening their own academies.

Rusev And Gangrel Have Opened A New Wrestling Academy Together

The official KECH Pro Wrestling Academy Instagram account recently shared a photo and videos from the school’s training day, featuring students training alongside Rusev and Gangrel. The post reads, “DAY 1. The mats are down. The ring is up. The doors are open. Thank you to everyone who showed up, trained, watched, asked questions, and believed in what we’re building. This is only the beginning. KECH Pro Wrestling Academy is officially underway. Train like a pro. Trained by a pro. @gangreldavidheath @tobemiro”

Rusev and Gangrel will serve as lead trainers at the academy. According to PWInsider, Jake Painter will also coach at the academy. J-Rod is known for work in OVW, CCW, and American Gladiators. He will also be part of the coaching team.

With several experienced wrestling names involved, KECH Pro Wrestling Academy is already getting attention from fans.
