Former WWE LFG wrestler Tatyanna Dumas, aka Amira Soul has officially returned to the wrestling scene after making a surprise Ring of Honor debut during the promotion’s latest TV tapings.
Ring of Honor has been adding new talent and giving opportunities to both experienced wrestlers and rising stars from the independent circuit. With regular tapings around AEW events and standalone shows in Jacksonville, ROH has continued to expand its roster.
Amira Soul starts fresh after WWE
At the latest TV tapings, a former WWE developmental talent made her first appearance for Tony Khan’s promotion. According to fans in attendance, the opening match featured Amira Soul, formerly known as Tatyanna Dumas, facing Sofia Sivan.
Dumas became known to wrestling fans through WWE’s LFG series, which showed rising prospects in the company’s developmental system. She appeared in both seasons of the show in 2025. During the first season, she was part of Bubba Ray Dudley’s team before later joining Booker T’s team in Season 2. While she showed promise throughout the competition, she was eliminated in Episode 12 during both seasons.
Her WWE journey came to an end earlier in 2026. Now wrestling as Amira Soul, she is looking to build her career on the independent scene and potentially establish herself in ROH.
Long before entering pro wrestling, Dumas played basketball and became the first female athlete selected for the Australian College of Sport’s NSW Academy in 2016. She also competed on multiple seasons of Australian Ninja Warrior and later appeared on the reboot of Gladiators Australia in 2024.
Dumas eventually signed with WWE and trained at the Performance Center under coach Sara Amato. She also gained attention outside the ring because of her relationship with The Rock’s daughter, Simone Johnson, formerly known in WWE as Ava Raine.
For now, it remains unclear whether Amira Soul will become a regular part of the Ring of Honor roster. However, her surprise debut is an important step in the next phase of her career.
