MJF’s Dynamite Diamond Ring Ends Up in Another AEW Star’s Hands

MJF may have lost the AEW World Championship last week, but another prized possession has now slipped even further out of his grasp.

During the July 15 episode of AEW Dynamite, Andrade El Idolo revealed that he is now the owner of MJF’s famous Dynamite Diamond Ring, adding another twist to an already tangled rivalry.

The reveal came during a backstage interview with Renee Paquette and could have major implications once MJF returns to AEW programming.

Andrade reveals how MJF’s Dynamite Diamond Ring changed hands

Speaking with Paquette, Andrade proudly displayed the ring and explained how it ended up in his possession. According to Andrade, the jewelry originally disappeared around AEW All In after MJF claimed it had been stolen.

Rather than revealing an elaborate heist, Andrade pointed to an unexpected middleman. He said his “good friend” Will Ospreay had somehow acquired the ring before pawning the reported $100,000 prize directly to him.

The revelation connects several ongoing storylines involving Andrade, Ospreay and MJF. During the July 8 AEW Dynamite: Beach Break special, MJF attempted to use the Dynamite Diamond Ring against Kenny Omega in the AEW World Championship match.

However, Ospreay intercepted the ring at ringside, preventing MJF from using his trademark shortcut before Omega captured the title.

Andrade didn’t keep the ring hidden for long. Later in the night, he defeated Jake Doyle to earn an AEW National Championship opportunity. After the match, National Champion Mark Davis confronted him, but Andrade calmly slid on the Dynamite Diamond Ring. Davis quickly backed away, proving the ring still carries plenty of weight — even when it isn’t being used as a knockout punch.

The development also adds another layer to Andrade and MJF’s rocky history inside the Don Callis Family. The two have repeatedly clashed through miscommunication, accidental collisions and outright betrayal, including Andrade turning against MJF during the Forbidden Door cage match.

With reports suggesting MJF could be away from AEW television for a short period following his title loss, the fate of his signature ring may become another score that eventually needs settling. One thing is clear — the Diamond Ring has found a new finger, and MJF probably won’t let that sparkle fade quietly.
