WWE Executive Reveals Horror Movie Easter Eggs Hidden in Club WWE Shows

WWE’s new Club WWE membership is already packed with exclusive content. Nevertheless, Rob Fee says fans should also watch closely for some fun hidden details. WWE’s Director of Character Development revealed that every original Club WWE series features horror movie Easter Eggs.

It’s a small creative touch that reflects Fee’s love for horror films and storytelling. The reveal gives Founding Members another reason to check out the exclusive shows, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content available on the platform.

Rob Fee says every Club WWE series pays tribute to a horror film

After WWE announced that the Club WWE Founding Member Preview officially opened on July 17, Rob Fee shared a few behind-the-scenes details on X.

He said every original Club WWE show features an opening title sequence that pays tribute to a different horror movie. Instead of creating simple intros, WWE’s creative team designed each one as a nod to classic horror films.

Fee also told fans to pay attention to the production credits on Chelsea Green’s exclusive show. He revealed there are a few fun Easter eggs hidden there too.

Fans who know Rob Fee’s background probably won’t be surprised by this idea.

He joined WWE in 2022 under Triple H as the Director of Long-Term Creative before later becoming Director of Character Development. He now works with WWE Superstars on their characters, promos, and long-term stories.

Before joining WWE, Fee worked as a writer in the horror genre.

He has written for Marvel, including stories featuring Spider-Man, Daredevil, and The Avengers. He has also worked on projects for Netflix, Comedy Central, Disney XD, and other platforms.

One interesting fact is that Fee once pitched a psychological horror movie based on Bray Wyatt’s “The Fiend.” Although that project never happened, it showed the type of storytelling he enjoys.

Fans later saw some of that style during Bray Wyatt’s White Rabbit comeback in 2022, which used QR codes, hidden clues, mysterious videos, and other puzzles to build excitement. Fee has also helped shape the presentation of the Wyatt Sicks.

His creative approach has always been about rewarding fans who pay attention to the small details, and that same idea now seems to be part of Club WWE.
