All Elite Wrestling has announced a special edition of AEW Dynamite dedicated to honoring Rebel following her ALS diagnosis.
AEW Rebel Heart Dynamite will take place on September 9 at Akins Ford Arena in Athens, Georgia. The event will air live on TBS and stream on HBO Max. It will serve as a fundraiser and awareness campaign for ALS-related organizations.
According to AEW’s official announcement, the September 9 edition of Dynamite will celebrate Tanea Brooks, better known to wrestling fans as Rebel, who was diagnosed with ALS in March 2026.
Rebel, one of the original members of the AEW roster, is scheduled to make a special appearance during the event. Fans attending the show will also receive a limited-edition Rebel trading card sheet from Upper Deck while supplies last.
AEW stated that proceeds from the event will support I AM ALS and Team Gleason. These two organizations are dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by ALS through advocacy, research, expanded access to treatment, and patient support. The event is also being held in the home community of the University of Georgia’s Regenerative Bioscience Center, which is involved in developing new ALS therapies.

Tickets for AEW Rebel Heart Dynamite will go on sale on Friday, July 31, at 10 a.m. ET through AEWTix.com. Fans can also sign up for AEW Insiders to get early presale access.
In addition, AEW announced that official Rebel Heart shirts and bracelets are now available through ShopAEW.com. 100 percent of the profits are going to I AM ALS and Team Gleason.
