First match for NXT was Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel vs. Wade Barrett & Skip Sheffield.
Just Gabriel and Heath Slater got the win. A lot of back and forth action in what was about a five minute match. Chants of "Regal sucks" sprinkled throughout.
Second match of the evening is Daniel Bryan & Michael Tarver vs. David Otunga & Darren Young.
Daniel Bryan and David Otunga get the match started out. Daniel Bryan goes for a submission move almost right away Otunga makes the tag. Then the Straight Edge Society gets involved causing a distraction. Later in the match Daniel Bryan hits a dropkick on Daren Young. Daniel Bryan makes a tag and Darren Young quickly regains the upper hand. Daniel Bryan locks in a submission but Daren Young gets to the ropes. He hits a power bomb on Daniel Bryan for the pinall victory after Michael Tarver was knocked off the ring apron.
