While a lot of other “journalists” consider these guys to have gone down this week, especially Big Show with the main event beatdown he suffered at the hands of…well, everyone, I don’t think it hurt them at all. The fact that it took everyone to beat up Show makes it seem like he’s a major force within the industry.
Big Show has come a long way from where he was just a couple of years ago and I think fans are taking him seriously now. Jericho is simply one of the best and the two of them have benefitted from each other.
I’m not real crazy with the “are they friends or are they not?” bits they’ve recently carried on with, but it does make since as I’m sure WWE wants to keep them solidified as singles wrestlers for when they do eventually split.
