WWE.com has announced that its Backlash PPV will be held on April 25th, 2010 and its Extreme Rules PPV will be held on May 23rd, 2010. This seems to indicate that the Judgment Day PPV, which usually follows Backlash, will not be renamed like many WWE PPV events, but instead will be scrapped altogether in favor of the Extreme Rules PPV.
