Jack Swagger vs. MVP

Swagger is in an american-flag colored singlet now. I guess now he’s truly the "all american….american." MVP has the advantage of the match and the crowd is into him here in the early goings. We go to commercial. We return from commercial and now Swagger is in control of things, working over MVP’s arm. Swagger hits a Vader-bomb on MVP. MVP is firing up now, trying to make his comeback. Swagger hits a reversal on an MVP attempt into hit gut-wrench powerbomb for the pinfall victory.

Winner: Jack Swagger

Backstage: Chris Jericho

We see Chris Jericho walking backstage with a purpose. I guess up next we find out what he "has to say" that he references to Seth Green earlier in the show.

In-Ring Segment: Chris Jericho & Mark Henry

Chris Jericho is in the ring for a promo segment. He says due to the Edge situation, he is now the Unified tag-champs all by himself. He calls Edge the weak link of their team and trashes him a bunch. He talks about the tag-title tourney rumors and pulls out his Night Of Champions contract. He says it gives him the rights to pick his own partner if Edge is injured. He said his partner is the exact opposite of Edge. With that said – Mark Henry’s music hits and out he comes. Henry is in the ring now smiling big. Jericho smiles and said Henry is exactly what he had in mind. Henry puts his arm around Jericho and both guys smile. Henry then gets on the mic and says he didn’t come out here to be his partner. Jericho now looks scared. Henry clotheslines Jericho and rips his suit off of him. Henry puts the boots to Jericho as he scurries out of the ring. Jericho almost leaves but is pissed and acts like he wants at Henry, but never goes in the ring. Apparently Seth Green gave word to ringside officials that there will be a Chris Jericho vs. Mark Henry match — right now.

Mark Henry vs. Chris Jericho

Henry is dominating Jericho in a one-sided match so far. Jericho rolls to the outside of the ring and intentionally gets himself counted out of the match.
