Springsteen Writes Song For Rourke, WWE Names at UFC PPV

“The Boss,” Bruce Springsteen, will soon be releasing a new album entitled “Dreams,” which will feature a track called “The Wrestler.” The song was written for the Darren Aronofsky film of the same name, and will reportedly play over the film’s ending credits. Springsteen has been a longtime fan of Mickey Rourke’s work, and has expressed interest in the past of writing something specifically for him. He’s now had his opportunity with this new track.

Several MMA websites, including Sherdog.com, are reporting that Shane McMahon was in attendance for the UFC 91 PPV this past Saturday night. It’s also being reported that both Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Undertaker were in attendance as well.
