In a story posted by Wade Keller of PWTorch.com, it appears as if Ric Flair is claiming that his retirement only applies to The United States and Europe. We reported yesterday that during a Q&A session in Doncaster, England, Flair said that he had received offers from Japan to return to the ring and was considering them. The offers could carry some big money for Flair as he could face huge stars such as Great Muta and Masa Chono. The only thing holding him back is how Shawn Michaels would feel about the situation, but it appears now as if Flair is trying to rationalize a ring return by saying that his retirement only applies to The US and Europe. More on this story as it develops.
