PWInsider.com reports that James “The Sandman” Fullington pleaded guilty in a Yonkers, NY court on Thursday to a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest stemming from an incident at Captain Lou Albano’s birthday party in July. Fullington was fined $1,000, was ordered to pay another $200 in court costs and was given one-year conditional discharge. Criminal mischief and assault charges were dropped in return for the guilty plea.
