MyFox Tampa Bay reports that Nick Hogan has been transferred out of his jail cell into one with three other juveniles and a television. The move comes after the Hogan family had threatened a lawsuit over Nick Hogan’s jail accommodations. The Sheriff’s Office said in a media release that the transfer was a result of ongoing assessments of inmate situations, and that two other juveniles were also transferred today into the same cell.
