WWE has changed “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan’s contract from a regular talent contract to a WWE Legends deal, which would allow him to make appearances outside of WWE. Basically, he can take indy bookings now. However, he’ll still be used at RAW tapings, so he’s not leaving television quite yet. He did a “Kiss Cam” segment this past week and wrestled at last week’s Heat taping.
