Nick Bollea was sentenced today to five years probation as a result of the accident last August that left John Graziano paralyzed. The judge also sentenced Bollea to 8 months incarceration in the Pinnelas County jail. The incarceration will begin immediately. Bollea was escorted from the courtroom by deputies following the sentencing.
Other conditions of the sentence included a 3 year revocation of drivers license and Bollea is not to use alcohol during the five year probation period.
Nick’s Note: I am shocked that he was actually given jail time. I figured Hogan would have negotiated some kind of deal to keep his son out of jail, but it appears that is not the case.
