There will be several WWE appearances over the weekend. Layla will be at the 15th Annual Revlon Walk for Women at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles, California on Saturday from 9AM-12PM. CM Punk will be at the Charleston Town Center in Charleston, West Virginia on Saturday from 11AM-1PM. On Sunday, Kofi Kingston and Eve Torres will be at the Cricket, University Shoppes in Fairborn, Ohio from 2PM-3PM and Matt Hardy will be at the FYE in Beavercreek, Ohio at Noon.

NBC affiliate TMJ Channel 4 out of Wisconsin has a video piece on home state hero Ken Kennedy making it big in WWE.

WWE.com has an article online plugging the new WWE Kids Magazine. The article features quotes from Vice President and Editor-in-Chief Tony Romando. On a side note, the new WWEKids.com website is still listed as ‘Coming Soon’.

The Great Khali, who is currently in India, has been promoted from assistant sub inspector to sub inspector by the Punjab police force. Ranjan Gupta told the Associated Press, “He has brought the force international fame and has made us all very proud with his many achievements as a wrestler.” He also added, “It was the Punjab Polce that first nurtured and promoted The Great Khali as a bodybuilder and a wrestler.” At the moment, it is not known if Khali’s promotion will lead to to a raise in salary from the current 15,000 rupees (US$375; â,¬243) a month. The article refers to Khali by his real name, which is Dilip Singh Rana.
